How do I access FAQs for my monthly box?

How will I know my box has shipped?

You will receive an automated email when your box leaves the BEL Box office. This email will contain your box's tracking ID.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship the first business day from the 21st and 24th of each month. 

What is included in the box?

All non-perishable items (everything from  flour and sugar to piping bags, cupcake baking cups, and decorations) are included along with a gift for your kitchen. 

What will I need to supply?

You will receive an emails with the ingredients you will need to supply. This typically includes ingredients like eggs, butter, and milk.

How do I skip a month?

If you are traveling or aren't crazy about next month's recipe, you have the option to skip a month. 

For month to month subscribers: Simply log in to your account. You will see a list of active subscriptions on this page. Click 'Edit'. Modify the terms and/or variants, then click 'skip next renewal'. 

For 3 month subscribers: Email BEL@bakeeatlovebox.com
