How do I access FAQs for my monthly box?

How will I know my box has shipped?

You will receive an email when your mailing label has been printed. This email will contain your box's tracking ID.

When do subscription boxes ship?

Boxes ship the from the 21st and 24th of each month, except December. December boxes are shipped early for the holidays. All BEL boxes are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. USPS promotes 2-3 business day shipping. Due to COVID, we are seeing some packages take a little longer to arrive.

What is included in the box?

All non-perishable items (everything from  flour and sugar to piping bags, cupcake baking cups, and decorations) are included along with a gift for your kitchen. 

What will I need to supply?

You will receive an email with the ingredients you will need to supply. This typically includes ingredients like eggs, butter, and milk. Can't find your email? It may be in your promotion's tab or spam folder. If that's the case, drag it to your primary inbox and your email provider should filter future emails from us to your inbox.

How do I skip a month?

If you are traveling or aren't crazy about next month's recipe, you have the option to skip a month. 

For month to month subscribers: Simply log in to your account. You will see a list of active subscriptions on this page. Click 'Edit'. Modify the terms and/or variants, then click 'skip next renewal'. 

For 3 month subscribers: Email BEL@bakeeatlovebox.com
